Aisha's improvisation class was wonderful. I didn't expect such a playful class has such deep and long-lasting results. Aisha creates a safe environment that makes the exploring feel natural and easygoing. There is nothing you can do wrong and she encourages you to bring all of yourself (including the bits you might not like about yourself) into the room. If you're not a big fan of talking this is a definitely recommended version of therapy for you.
With my experience as Aisha’s student in her Improv and Embodiment course, roll and release workshop, TRE, and yoga classes, what I loved the most is Aisha’s gentle approach. She meets you where you are, and as someone that sometimes can feel very nervous and anxious experiencing something new, the way she shows up and her ability to hold space helps me feel safe and supported, and encourages me to challenge myself and do things that are out of my comfort zone, and have fun doing it too! I always trust that I’m in good hands when I’m with her.
Aisha is a phenomenal teacher. I truly enjoyed the improv workshop that was taught by Aisha and Andy. The passion and immense knowledge Aisha has in her field show in every aspect of her teachings. She brilliantly combines the practical side with the theory in a smooth playful way. I never thought I can connect to my body the way I did in the course. The experiential part of the workshop was so powerful and the release and healing that happened during and after the course are significant.
Aisha has a natural and intuitive understanding of the interconnection between our psychology and our bodies. Her innate awareness of this relationship is translated clearly and effortlessly to students through practice and conversation. Aisha's in-depth knowledge of anatomy and movement, paired with her intuition, offers students a well-rounded experience exploring the layers of yoga. Going into any sort of training can be intimidating for most of us. Aisha makes sure to gently hold space for concerns or fears, continuously easing any of our doubts or discomfort during the training. The level of passion Aisha holds towards somatic education allowed me to unlock a deeper understanding of my own physiology and psychology, and her enthusiasm ensured our class was constantly engaged during workshops and lectures. I would strongly and honestly recommend her training, classes, and sessions if anyone is looking to be supported in their self-exploration. If I could summarise Aisha's impact on my mindset after the training it would be to release judgment or expectations and surrender deeper into curiosity and exploration.
Aisha does the best self-massage and breathing sessions to help you relax and release any held tension in your body 💗
She helps you find the right pressure points so you can do the exercises on your own later as well, I found it very beneficial and always get vouchers for friends and family when they aren’t feeling their best 💗🙏
I love how Aisha is very passionate about what she teaches.
It makes what I learn from her actually stick!
Throughout the first five years of classes with Aisha, with her assistance and guidance and my determination, we were able to work our way to recovery and as time went on, I healed considerably and my knees today are as good as new.
Each time a calamity hits I gather strength from her classes. I believe her yoga class has helped me out in securing a stronger me.
Aisha thank you for being so instrumental in both chapters of my life where yoga has been a tool for my healing. I can’t thank you enough… each class session has had an impact on me… here’s to many more yoga sessions with you… you never disappoint… I always walk away knowing in my heart of hearts yoga lives in me brought on by your gentle pursuance and guidance!! I so love working with you, I celebrate my health today
